RevenueOS was built because we watched great sales teams lose to mediocre systems. Great AEs, stuck in spreadsheets. Great pipelines, invisible until it's too late. We decided to build the operating system those teams deserve.
We started RevenueOS in late 2024 after spending years inside high-growth SaaS companies. We saw the same problems everywhere: AEs drowning in research. SDRs sending 200 emails a day with a 3% reply rate. Managers running blind because their CRM was a graveyard of stale data.
The irony wasn't lost on us. These were smart, motivated people selling sophisticated software — while running their own pipeline on spreadsheets and guesswork.
We set out to build the system we wished existed: one that treats revenue operations as an engineering problem. Real-time data. Autonomous agents. AI that scores, routes, and alerts without a human in the loop for the routine work.
Today, RevenueOS handles millions in tracked pipeline for early customers. Our priority engine surfaces the right deal at the right time. Our leak detection has recovered deals that would've gone dark. And our AI sequences are learning every day.
